Barkley House wedding //

February 28th, 2026

From the moment I walked into the bridal suite, Jasmine set the tone for the entire day. With pink shoes to match her flower girl, surrounded by her closest friends, she was already buzzing with excitement, the kind of energy that's completely contagious. Where Jasmine brings the fire, Matt brings the calm. He's the kind of groom who's up for anything and has a way of making every moment even better just by being in it.Together, they are a perfect match  and they threw a wedding that felt exactly like them.

Jasmine and Matt didn't settle for the ordinary. This was a full-on event. A live band set the soundtrack for the evening. A caricature artist kept guests creative and in the moment. An epic balloon arch framed the ceremony space. Cotton candy circulated through the crowd, and the night ended with Fatboy ice cream sundaes. Every detail was intentional, creative, and unique.

Set in the heart of Pensacola, The Barkley House provided the setting for both the ceremony and reception, a historic Pensacola property that gave the day a sense of place. It was a fitting backdrop for a couple who put so much thought into every other detail, and the streets surrounding it ended up being the real star when the second line started.

In true celebratory fashion, the six-piece suits led a second line through the historic streets surrounding the venue, a New Orleans-style tradition that turned the first kiss into a full street celebration. It was loud, joyful, and completely unforgettable. As a wedding videographer, moments like this are why I love what I do. The energy, the movement, the history of the city as the backdrop all came together in a way that no carefully staged photo could ever capture on its own.

Jasmine and Matt's wedding is a reminder that the best weddings feel like the couple who planned them, full of personality, intention, and joy. If you're planning a Pensacola wedding and want a videographer who shows up ready to capture all of it, I'd love to hear about your day.
